Growth Development Associates are a US face to face sales training company. They have a fully developed sales training course that provides face-to-face training, accompanied by some print materials. Increasingly GDA is urged by their clients to provide this service online.
SLA provided instructional design services and used ThinkingCap LCMS to create a complete sales training program online, delivered on ThinkingCap LMS. This program was therefore SCORM compliant – version 2004.
We used video “Hooks” to capture learner interest and investigate real-life problem situations:
