SLA has helped ONPHA develop courses for province-wide delivery on Rent-Geared–to-Income (RGI) Calculation and on The Residential Tenancies Act. We provided a variety of services ranging from instructional design, course content creation and training in the use of ThinkingCap applications, such as LCMS.

These online courses are mostly asynchronous but also provide webinars where experts provide advice on topics of interest and learners discuss common problems and solutions.

SLA and ONPHA use ThinkingCap LCMS to create these courses and ThinkingCap LMS to deliver them, currently in SCORM compliance version 2004. We use a wide variety of RLTs, including simulations.
